Because they believe that they will have more time, or because they feel that there are a lot of instances where they donât need to look after their body or mind. However, this is simply not true. Looking after yourself is so important. Youâll feel a lot better for having taken the time to focus on you. Itâs a busy world, and the problem with that is that it will always be hectic.
